Meet Our Chiropractors & Nurse Practioner

Dr. Thomas Oliver

Dr. Oliver holds a license as a Chiropractic Physician.

He graduated with honors from Logan University in St Louis, Missouri.  He was President of the Logan University Council for the Advancement of Chiropractic and voted president of his class. He is National (Part 1 and Part 2) and New Jersey Board Certified and has had postdoctoral training in orthopedics, nutrition, cold laser, decompression and vibration therapy, high-speed low force neuromechanical instrument adjusting technique, Xray, MRI, thermography, myofascial and active release techniques, acupuncture, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Dr. Thomas Oliver is Certified for treating Neuropathy and  Chronic Intractable Pain by the American College of Physical Medicine.

Dr. Oliver has developed a passion for helping people with neuropathy. His family has suffered significant effects of this progressive disease. His father, mother, sister, grandmother, aunts, and uncle have suffered from this chronic illness. He has family members who are at high risk of neuropathy because of having celiac disease.

Dr. Youstina Badross

Dr. Youstina Badross is a chiropractor who wants to help people live a healthy, happy, pain free life without the use of medication. Dr. Youstina Badross pursued her passion for holistic health care by acquiring her doctorate as a Chiropractic Physician from the University of Bridgeport.  Dr. Badross holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Arabic, both from Temple University.  Dr. Badross’ expertise includes chiropractic manipulation, kinesiology, and activator methods. She is board certified in physiotherapy, certified in sole orthotics and certified in Graston. 

Dr. Badross joined the family of Oliver Wellness Center in 2022.  She is excited to have the opportunity to educate Oliver Wellness Center’s patients about chiropractic care as a holistic pain relief treatment that allows them to avoid medications.

Alexandra Oliver NP

Alex is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in both the acute care inpatient setting as well as outpatient clinics.

Alex started her nursing career with a degree from Rutgers University where she then worked in a hospital setting helping patients treat their acute and chronic diseases. Working as a bedside nurse, Alex knew she wanted to help treat patients with a greater in-depth knowledge about their diseases and enrolled in Rowan University to complete her education as a nurse practitioner.

Alex’s goal is to help her patients by using researched based treatments with the integration of traditional and functional medicine to improve a patient’s quality of life, decrease prescription medication use when possible, and take control over their own health.
